1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of LinkVy, including the website, accounts, creator dashboards, public profile pages, plans, features, and related services. By creating an account, using a LinkVy profile, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the service after an update, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use LinkVy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and use only accounts that you are authorised to control. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for maintaining current contact and payment information. Do not share passwords, impersonate another person or business, or create accounts to evade a restriction.
3. Profiles and user content
You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or publish, subject to rights belonging to third parties. You give LinkVy a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, transmit, and technically adapt that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, promote, and improve the service. Public profile content is intended to be visible to visitors and may be copied or shared by them.
You must not publish content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, infringing, deceptive, malware-related, or intended to facilitate harm. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, prices, products, payment details, booking information, and claims.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use LinkVy for spam, phishing, scams, impersonation, unauthorised fundraising, illegal sales, or deceptive redirects.
- Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, probe or disrupt the service, bypass plan limits, scrape private areas, or interfere with another user’s profile.
- Do not use LinkVy to collect sensitive personal information unless you have a lawful basis, clear notice, suitable security, and all permissions required by applicable law.
- Do not use payment, crypto, UPI, product, or booking features to facilitate unlawful transactions or mislead visitors.
5. Plans, features, and changes
LinkVy may offer Free, Starter, Pro, Business, Lifetime, or other plans shown on the Pricing page. Features, limits, availability, and plan benefits may vary. We may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, but we will try to communicate material changes that affect an active paid service. Lifetime means the lifetime of the relevant LinkVy service or product offering, not a guarantee that every future feature will remain unchanged forever.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are charged according to the price and billing terms shown at checkout or on the applicable offer. Payment processing may be performed by third-party gateways such as Razorpay, PayPal, or another provider shown at checkout. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to payment processing. We may suspend or limit paid features if a payment is reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or overdue.
Refund and cancellation questions are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.
7. Third-party services and links
LinkVy may display or connect to Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, WhatsApp, payment gateways, maps, media hosts, email providers, and other third-party services. Those services operate independently under their own terms and policies. LinkVy is not responsible for their availability, content, security, decisions, fees, or data practices. A link on a profile does not mean LinkVy endorses the linked service or content.
8. Public information and creator responsibility
Creators are responsible for the public information they publish and for responding to visitors or leads. LinkVy is a hosting and profile-tool provider; it is not the seller, employer, advisor, payment beneficiary, or contracting party for transactions between a creator and a visitor unless expressly stated otherwise. Visitors should verify offers, payment addresses, prices, and identity before sending money or personal information.
9. Intellectual property
LinkVy’s name, logo, software, templates, visual system, code, and original service materials belong to LinkVy or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership is transferred. If you believe content on LinkVy infringes your rights, send a clear notice to support@linkvy.xyz with the relevant URL and evidence of your rights.
10. Suspension and termination
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account or profile when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, address payment problems, enforce these Terms, or protect the security and availability of LinkVy. You may stop using the service or request account closure through support. Clauses concerning content rights, payments, privacy, disclaimers, liability, and dispute handling may continue after termination.
11. Disclaimers
LinkVy is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of any feature, search-engine ranking, social-platform reach, sales, bookings, leads, payment success, or the accuracy of user-generated content. LinkVy does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, investment, or professional advice. You should obtain independent advice where appropriate.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinkVy will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the service, third-party services, public content, payment activity, or inability to access the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or other non-waivable rights.
13. Governing law and international users
These Terms are operated from India and are intended to be interpreted under the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer, privacy, or other protections that apply to you in your country or region. If you are an international user, local law may provide rights that cannot be waived by these Terms. Courts or authorities with lawful jurisdiction may still have power over a dispute.
14. Updates and contact
